Load Banks (off the shelf or custom built)

Durst Industries manufacture a range of portable high quality high capacity load banks to suit many and varied applications. If we can’t supply you with a unit off the shelf that will suit your needs, we will simply build you one.

Ideal mobile test units for UPS systems, GPU, Solar Power Systems, large battery banks or Defence applications. Available in nominal voltages of 6, 8, 12, 24, 32, 36, 48, 72 or 108 with other voltages available upon request. All units are made from powder coated steel and all are fan cooled with multiple switching arrangements that give total flexibility in either small or large increments.

LB-70 Portable 12Volt, 70Amp load capacity with 5, 10 and 20Amp increments. Ideal for load testing Alternator output on a vehicle or on a Durst Test Bench, not to mention the many other applications noted above. Fan cooled and self powering to give 100% duty cycle and high reliability.
LBT-24-252D Mobile 24 Volt 252Amp load capacity with four rotary switches for accurate loading of battery banks with 2Amp increments. Fan cooled with mobile trolley and pneumatic wheels for easy manoeuverability. 240Volt input required.
LBT-72-240B Mobile 72 Volt, 240 Amp load capacity. Multi positional switching in 20Amp increments. designed for larger industrial applications, battery banks, UPS and Solar System testing. fan cooled with 240 Volt input required. Can be built to your requirements.
LB-24-60B Portable 24Volt, 60Amp load capacity with analogue Volt and Amp meters. Multi switching positions allow total flexibility from 2 to 60Amps in 10Amp increments. Fan cooled and self powering, the LB-24-60B is suitable for testing 24V UPS systems, battery banks and any other application including alternators on 24V Heavy Vehicles and Plant Equipment. LBT-24-180B Mobile 24Volt 180Amp load capacity. Versatile model with 10Amp increments from 10 to 180Amps. Fan cooled with mobile trolley and pneumatic wheels for easy manoeuverability. 240Volt input required.
LBT-24-256 Mobile 24 Volt 256Amp load capacity. Designed and manufactured by Durst for very accurate testing with 1Amp increments from 1 to 256Amps. Fan cooled with mobile trolley, easy to read digital Volt and Amp meters with 240Volt input required.
LBT-48-288B Mobile 48Volt 288Amp load capacity. Powerful load bank with ultra heavy duty components to withstand higher voltages and loads. Complete with pneumatic tyres for easy manoeuverability, easy to read digital meters and fan cooling for high reliability. 240Volt input required.
